MaaSNet is a custom intranet platform used to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing across MaaS programs.

My Role

I was the Lead User Researcher for the 6 week project.

Main Goal

Improve the usability of the site and increase user participation on the site.

Museum Exhibit Flow

My team and I needed to solve a traffic flow problem in one of our exhibits. Users were entering through the exhibit exit, rather than the exhibit entrance.
