Projects
Here you will find a few examples of research projects I've worked on. Each project showcases my research process. For more details or additional examples of my work, please reach out directly.

From Competing Ideas to a Research-Driven Roadmap
The team had several ideas for a new reporting product, but little evidence about what users actually needed. I researched how clients handled reporting within their existing workflows, giving the team a clear set of needs to build around and ultimately defining the product roadmap.
Testing Visitor Flow Before Redesigning an Exhibit

Visitors were regularly entering a chronological exhibit from the wrong direction, but permanently changing the space would be costly and difficult to reverse. I tested temporary wall configurations and observed how visitors moved through the exhibit, identifying a layout that more successfully guided them toward the intended entrance.

Prioritizing Content for DNA Communities
Ancestry had dozens of potential topics for new expert-written content, but limited resources to create them. I used forced-ranking research to identify which categories and topics users were most interested in, giving the team a clear set of priorities for what to create first.
